Adult Bible Studies
Our adult Bible study classes are held during the week and on Sunday evenings (NEW TIME 5:15 - 6:45 pm). On Sunday evenings (Sept. - May), we have a nursery for 2 years and under, our Children's Ministry has programs for kids 3 years to 5th grade (5:15-6:45 pm), and our Youth Ministry (6th - 12th grades) meets from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Childcare is available, as needed, for midweek classes.

FALL CLASSES BEGIN THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 14th
DISCIPLE 2: 8-WEEK STUDY OF THE GOSPEL OF LUKE
This 8-week study, is a foundational Biblical study, leading the student through an in-depth exploration of the Gospel of Luke. Daily readings and study, combine with a weekly time of learning & discussion, to nurture participants in experiencing the great stories of the Nativity, the Parables of Jesus, and the Crucifixion/Resurrection narratives.

DISCOVERING YOUR SPIRITUAL GIFTS
This three-week class is designed to help Christians identify the specific gifts God has given them. While no Christian possesses every gift of the Spirit, every Christian does have some of God's wonderful gifts. And to be effective in ministry, Christians must find and use these gifts. This class features an "inventory" of spiritual gifts designed to be taken either in a group or privately. This book will help clear up certain misconceptions about spiritual gifts and assist Christians in discovering the gifts God has given them.

LIVING FREE BY BETH MOORE
Replace False Strongholds with True Freedom in Christ

ORDINARY PEOPLE - EXTRAORDINARY THINGS
This 5-week study explores how God has used ordinary men and women to accomplish great things for the kingdom. This course will highlight specific men and women of the Bible, as well as modern day disciples, discovering how God uses Ordinary People to do Extraordinary Things!

RAISING KINGDOM KIDS (Lunch Time Study for Parents)
This 6-week study, from the bestselling author, Dr. Tony Evans, equips parents to raise their children with a Kingdom perspective and also offers practical how-to advice on providing spiritual training as instructed in Scripture. Dr. Tony Evans begins with an overarching look at the need for Kingdom parenting, our roles and responsibilities in raising God-following children. He then takes a practical turn, with examples and illustrations to help parents understand and provide specific training for kids in the power of prayer, wisdom, loving God’s Word, getting through trials, controlling their tongues, developing patience, the surrender of service, and much more.

FIRST FRISCO IRON WORKS: AN ONGOING BREAKFAST STUDY FOR MEN
Pastor Mark is starting an ongoing men’s breakfast study called First Frisco Iron Works. They will meet on Fridays 6:00 - 7:00 am at IHOP (Preston & 121). The first study, Stepping Up: A Courageous Call to Manhood, asks men,“What’s the most courageous thing you’ve ever done?”. Men face decisions in life that demand courage. Author, speaker, and radio host Dennis Rainey offers a simple yet powerful vision for what it means to be a man who truly conquers and truly wins. Rainey identifies five stages of a man’s journey through life and examines his responsibilities at each step.

STRONGER THAN ESPRESSO
Stronger Than Espresso is a Christ-based empowerment program designed for women who have experienced the injustice of abuse. This is for women who are ready to jolt awake and transform their lives. Stronger than Espresso specializes in a Christian approach to connect, encourage, educate, coach, mentor, and train survivors of abuse. Offering a place of HOPE where women can HEAL and HELP others claim victory over adversity. This is a low-cost, community solution to connect women who need encouragement, hope and emotional support to understand the pattern of abuse. It transforms lives, connects women, builds leaders, and breaks cycles. "MeToo"? This class may be for you.
